Includes:

One pound of fresh dayboat scallops from the southeastern portion of Georges Bank, roughly 18 to a pound, shipped fresh (NOT FROZEN)!

Serving Size:

It really depends on how you're preparing them.  One pound will serve 4-6 as an appetizer, two to three as a meal.  Many sites will tell you to serve 4 ounces (one quarter pound) per person, but folks are going to want more of these....

Togue's Tips: 

We are happy to be offering dayboat scallops from the Fishing Vessel Nemesis owned by Jesse and Abigail Rose. This time of year they're fishing the southeast portion of Georges Bank, which is further offshore than most dayboat scallops (stretching the definition, the trips sometimes take 36 hours). They're firm and sweet.

They'll all be in one pound packages so you can stock up and fill your freezer.  Size will be roughly 18 to a pound. 

Serving size will depend on how you use them: if served over pasta, you may be able to 

Scallops will be packed in cryovac bags and will last in the fridge for 5-6 days after receipt, or you can place in a freezer bag and freeze for longer storage.
