These delicious finishing salts are solar evaporated, cleaned in a three-step process and hand harvested in Downeast Maine using nothing but pure Maine sea water. I love these salts - in fact I rarely sprinkle plain salt on my food anymore - I almost always use one of these. Delicious on buttered bread, in rice, popcorn, or sprinkled on any dish just before serving.
The lemon pepper salt is my go-to for lobster rolls and most seafoods, but the garlic is also amazing and a little more versatile.
