Togue’s Tips:

This is such a quick and delicious meal. Sear your scallops as you boil your pasta.  When pasta is done, drain, then add back to the pan and top with sauce: heating sauce and pasta together will enhance the flavor.  Top with your seared scallops and you’re done.  Ready in 15 minutes. The basil pesto has plenty of parmesan tang to it, and marries perfectly with the caramelized flavors of the seared dayboat scallops.  This pesto is also fantastic on chicken or other proteins.

Scallops included will be fresh or frozen, depending on other items included (if you purchase additional fresh or live seafood, they will be fresh; if you purchase additional frozen seafood, they will be frozen; if the kit is the only thing you purchase we'll likely ship fresh).
