Maine Dayboat Scallops - 1 lb, Dry linguine, 8 oz, Terra Cotta Pasta Company Sundried Tomato + Olive Pesto (salt and basil in photo not included)

This is such a quick and delicious meal. Sear your scallops as you boil your pasta. When pasta is done, drain, then add back to the pan and top with sauce: heating sauce and pasta together will enhance the flavor. Top with your seared scallops and you’re done. Ready in 15 minutes. The sundried tomato is a favorite of ours here at Downeast Dayboat -- we use it with scallops, mussels, fish and shrimp and even mix it with mayonnaise as a sandwich spread.
Scallops included will be fresh or frozen, depending on other items included (if you purchase additional fresh or live seafood, they will be fresh; if you purchase additional frozen seafood, they will be frozen; if the kit is the only thing you purchase we'll use our judgment).
