We love pretty much all smoked seafood but these mussels are particularly good. In fact, we're running a special on them because we want more people to be as hooked as we are! Togue loves to eat them straight out of the bag but they're also great on pasta, on crackers with cream cheese or as part of an antipasto spread. Spritz with lemon, maybe add a little salt (perhaps smoked Maine sea salt) and you're golden.
