They're petite oysters, but they pack a briny punch. A nice tender meat with a bright, very briny finish. This is the favorite oyster of Tommy, my top box packer, and I bet you'll love it too.
Cora Cressey cocktail oysters are grown in lobster pounds along the Medomak River, right next to the wrecked ship "Cora Cressy", hence the name.

These are delicious, briny oysters grown by the good folks at Community Shellfish in Bremen, Maine. Since I ship out of Community Shellfish's facility, I have the good fortune of taking them out of the water just prior to shipment.
