Togue's Tips:  OK, Togue can't eat this since it has gluten, and that's unfortunate, because this gorgeous pasta makes a striking dinner paired with delicious Maine scallops!  Toss it simply with olive oil and garlic, or add tomato sauce, pesto sauce or anything else you like.  It's got a very mild briny flavor that pairs perfectly with seafood.
