Togue's Tips: Togue first encountered the folks at Libelulla at an event celebrating small Maine companies.  Yes, that's right: Maine has an olive oil company.  Brunswick, Maine is the US base for Libelulla, who describe themselves this way:

Togue tried the olive oil and loved it, and also loved the fact that it's a small, woman-owned business intent on preserving a high quality product produced by regenerative methods. Their regenerative methods and the super early press of this Riserva is 5 to 6 times higher in polyphenols than average olive oils.

Flavor notes:  bright, herbaceous, spicy, with undertones of walnut.
