Togue's Tips: Our scallops are delightful when eaten raw, and these top-shelf condiments are an easy way to create a simply luxurious sashimi.  It's perfect as-is, but if you want to gild the lily, we suggest you add frizzled shallots, chili miso condiment or pineapple miso hot sauce? As with our seafood, we don't offer any item unless Togue has tried it and loved it, with one exception: since she has celiac she couldn't try the Moromi Sugar Kelp Soy Sauce, but since the New York Times listed it as one of their top gift ideas for 2025, we figured it was worth including.

Since all items are shelf-stable, we suggest adding frozen scallops so gift recipients (or you!) can create what they like, when they like.
