We'd love your feedback on this new item: crabcakes made by Port Clyde Fresh Catch in Port Clyde Maine.  Although Togue tries everything we offer before we put it on sale, in this case she can't since these cakes contain wheat flour.  Glen at Port Clyde Fresh Catch says they get rave reviews from all his customers, and given the amount of crabmeat in these cakes (more crabmeat than crumbs!), we tend to believe him.  Each package contains two 3 ounce crabcakes that can easily be defrosted and pan seared for a delightful appetizer.  Or try them on top of a salad.  Or try a crabcake burger... the possibilities are endless, and like we said, we'd LOVE your feedback.

Togue's tip: even though she can't eat these, Togue recommends combining a little sweet Thai chili paste with mayonnaise for a stellar crabcake sauce. 

Keep in mind:  if you mix fresh and frozen items in the same box we won't use dry ice, so the frozen item(s) will at least partially defrost.
